I have looked for industry role for several months with no success. Got few interviews, but they end up choosing another candidate with mix experience (PA and industry).
Should I consider switching to advisory, if my end goal is industry?
Seems like advisory can add experience/technical knowledge since you do the work on behalf of the client (instead of just auditing it).
May anyone from advisory please share your thoughts/ experiences? Thank you

This is what I had experienced too. First year audit SM. Now started to doubt if I should have left industry earlier

Having the same issues unfortunately where everywhere seems lateral for pay

I have been looking at the curriculums for Harvard Business School's Master of Business Administration and Harvard Extension School's Master's in Management. They both have the same requirements, generally speaking, including a field immersion course that serves as a capstone in the Master's in Management, which is fairly new. If I am not able to gain admission to Harvard Business School, but wanted a similar educational experience to become a consultant, should I attend Harvard Extension?

My background before Product was analytics and I still write SQL/build visualization.
