Hi I got selected in Nagarro i.e. I cleared all the tech rounds but now HR is saying there is no vacancy , they are saying as soon as there is a vacancy they will give me an offer and asked me to wait until then. My tech stack is. java backend . Yoe - 2years. What should i do ? I want to join Nagarro, I resigned based on my Nagarro interview result also I hated TCS, hoping HR would call me in week . Pls guide me ? Why do these companies keep interviews when they don’t have vacancy?

Generally how many days does it take for offer letter to be released after having discussion with HR.
Whom should we contact if we didn't receive any further information .
I had interview and offer discussion with CTS 6 months back but didn't receive any letter and even this time after interview and hr discussion its been 4 days but no further communication.

I will just share to you the tips I found online which helped me pass the Imbellus PSG
The first part you should be tasked to create an ecosystem with limited information.
1. Spend a good amount of time analyzing all the requirements. The action itself will take less than 5 minutes. No rushing but watch the timer.
2. Use a top down approach (from the apex predator to the lowest species in the chain).
3. Pay good attention to other details (e.g. location and other parameters).
The second part is like a tower defense game consisting of a few rounds.
1. The instruction should be clear enough but pay HUGE attention to the turns and numbers. I messed up one of my rounds because I made a useless turn.
2. Use your resources well (e.g. block or delay); one mistake could ruin the whole round like I mentioned.
People says there's a 3rd part where you have to analyze a disease but I didn't get it (the game's finished after those 2 parts).
It took me less than 45 minutes to finish the game, so there's plenty of time.
