Hi ,I have been interviewed and selected in S&P Global .salary almost negotiated and waiting for the offer letter to release. But seems like they are not willing to release the offer because of my 90 np . They are asking to join by 60 days but initially I told them my NP is 90. Even I am ready to take the 60 days offer but now they are not releasing offer as they want assurance. Now they are not picking calls.seems like i will loose the offer. Is there anything can be done.
Ok be honest, candidates. I really love this set of questions, I’ve been considering shifting my current interview style to these questions - I think they really give you an idea of who this person would be within the work setting. But the questions almost feel too deep for a recruiter to ask. What would you think if a recruiter took a different path and asked these questions instead of the usual ones?

Spend some time and write down what you’ve accomplished in life that you are most proud of. Think of things that were more difficult than this interview will ever be. Remind yourself that you can do it - go get em tiger!
Good luck !!! 💚
No pressure. This could just make or break your career and lifetime net worth.
Man D chill out. I made a joke and Op sharing feels. I feel nervous every time I interview someone for BCG. I worry they find out I’m the fraud
The continued glorification of MBB...starting/selling a business is the true way to generational wealth and then you get to boss around the power sucking dorks from MBB
I took a small dose of my Xanax the morning of my interview...got the rejection email the following Monday. I think I relaxed too much.
We don’t bite... maybe just nibble
I just realized I might be an alcoholic
thanks all... I kept strong during the interview. Now the waiting game
Just kill it! You can do it!
You’ll still have a job to come back to, so no big deal!
OP, just give it your best. It's all you can do. You must bring a lot to the table to have made it to this point, and if it's meant to be, it will happen for you.
Remember confident body posture, and remember to breathe! You've got this. Good luck to you.
If you’re not motivated enough yet, if you don’t get that job you’ll have to try to get into Deloitte.
Smoke some pot and fall asleep early. Good luck!
OP - confidence counts for a lot. Shake off your nerves in the waiting area, stay present while there and show that you’re enjoying it (even if that takes a little acting!). And keep perspective - I’m sure it would be awesome if you get it, but you’ll be totally fine if not.
Quit studying right now and start relaxing
I agree with D2. Startup is the way to go! But if you are stuck with consulting for now...why not MBB? Good luck OP!
Good luck OP! Worst case, take a shot of vodka before the interview - helps with the nerves 👍
I interviewed and I didn’t make it as an experienced hire! Can tell you that I got along very well with my interviewers but I wasn’t concise and punchy enough in my fit, and I seemed to unsure of myself in the case. Interviewer told me later that I did very well in terms of thinking and structuring the case but I was too unsure of myself and kept second guessing where I was going with the case, and as an experienced hire you really just have to nail it. So I’m assuming you’re an experienced hire, go in with confidence and lead them through your thoughts like a boss
Don’t freak out, if you freak out there will be a line of equally smart and driven people ready to fill the spot you lost.
