Hello Guys,
I joined Cognizant recently, the project interview calls which I am getting is not from my base location.
I have the location constraint, should I wait for the right opportunity or raise this concern to ADP team so they can look in to it?
As per ADP policy, one should not have any constraints and take the project as FCFS basis.

Spend some time and write down what you’ve accomplished in life that you are most proud of. Think of things that were more difficult than this interview will ever be. Remind yourself that you can do it - go get em tiger!
Good luck !!! 💚
You got it, 💥
It’s not the end of the world either way. Know that going in, and try to enjoy it
Good luck!
You got this! 💪🏼
@OP My best tip is to remember that the case IS the fit interview. Let your personality shine through in the way you tackle the case. It’s more performance art than problem solving
Thanks guys. I’m trying not to let it get to me. the nerves are on an all time high. pray for me
It means that you care
Also if you have any tips or last minute “things to avoid” to share, help a gal out
Good luck OP!
C3- would you mind explaining what you mean by punchy enough for the fit? Also how concise do you have to be for the questions... I'm just super used to the McK way of interviewing since I just did some interviews with them, so I'm trying to transition to the BCG version
C5: I wish you didn’t skim the post. lol 😂
SC 2: they set up a call with one of the principals I interviewed with a week later. He was really helpful.
C2: by punchy I mean my answers were a bit too long winded (although I did practice) I needed to get to what exactly I did and the impact I had more immediately, then explain the circumstances surrounding it
Also update from the experienced hire who didn’t make the cut - was told recently by my friend who referred me that they liked me a lot but were only looking to fill 1 position and it had a specific language requirement. So sometimes it’s just down to luck! Figured I’d share since people are reopening this thread
yeah absolutely there are lots of other “requirements” that sometimes end up making the decision and we know nothing about them
I have mine coming up in 2 weeks so I know exactly how you feel
In person on a thurs? I thought bcg interviews on friday. 🤷♂️
Good luck!!
@c3 How did you get so much feedback? Did you ask them at the end?
What was your case on?
Pregame it unless you're a little beeeeetch.
