I have nearly 4 years of experience in RTL Design.I have been employed with Capgemini for past 6 months, but I was in bench these 6 months. My package was 12 LPA there.

So I put resignation here, till now I have got only 1 offer from a company.That is 13 LPA.
But the problem is that they don't have a VLSI team there.They are planning to build a team.

What should I do? Am I getting paid enough?
What you guys suggest??
