Many tech companies offer entry-level roles with training, especially in areas like customer support, IT help desk, or QA testing. Do you have any experience in customer service/support type roles? I would try to take an honest look at your experience and see if you can find a way in to the tech industry. If you have no experience that fits, perhaps you might consider doing an online certificate or something to get some knowledge around areas you're interested in
With all of the experienced people who are out of work and searching for jobs right now, you will not be able to find anything without experience or education specific to the positions for which you are looking.
When it comes to tech, one of the best things you can do to get your foot in the door is a help desk or IT position. From there you can learn a lot and make those connections. Customer facing roles can be tough at first, if you have any customer service experience it will help a lot to get in it.
