HCL. - 12.2 LPA Fixed , 2.8 LPA variable.
Cognizant - 11 LPA Fixed.

I am leaning towards KPMG hoping that I will have good appraisals and yearly bonus there along with caree opportunities.

Please suggest if anything else ?

I'm a relatively junior data engineer (2yoe), the only other engineer (senior) that trained me left about a 6 months ago and I negotiated a nice raise for the extra responsibilities.

My performance reviews have been stellar, but my manager is starting to look to hire a senior to help me deliver projects as we do lack capacity right now.

I feel like I might be missing an opportunity to ask for a promotion and hire a junior instead.
