BDO India Hello fellow consultants, i have been offered a package of 66K GBP from Deloitte for the position of Manager - Cyber Internal Audit, Financial Services, Risk Advisory - Manchester. I am in situation where I have offer with 15 LPA and joining date is 18 th of July, also I had Hr discussion with Fujitsu today and asked salary of 20 LPA , they told me that they will require 3 working days to get approval from business team I don't understand what to do, should i wait for fujitsu of should i Join company which offering 16 LPA.?

Go for MS. Accenture will have high variable pay which is part of ctc but you end up getting that in single digit. Also, hike is very poor in Accenture

MS started low balling?? They used to pay 30 plus for 4 yoe engineers

They should be offering around 25-30 lpa, get a offer somewhere around that and ask MS to match that, and also wlb is a big issue there
By the way ask Morgan Stanely to reconsider compensation company wise it is better don’t join Accenture
How u got call from MS
I’ll consider EY and MS equally for Tech consulting. There’s a high chance you may end up working with companies of same group or better than MS. Although perks in MS would be better.

accenture and ey won't expect the same hikes as Morgan stanley. Also MS will have better brand value in your resume than EY and accenture
Its direct payroll in MS, don’t need to work for client like Ey & accenture does. So go for MS .

I am an engineer. My Current CTC is close to 14L (12.2 Fixed)
EY is an okayish place to work, had a family member there, Accenture is a good place to work, good brand value and another family member works there but MS is good too for engineer roles. Since Accenture is offering more you should choose that over MS though
How much accenture is offering did you ask to HR

Go with morgan stanley. The perks and brand value you get will nullify the extra 2-3 lakhs you are getting in other companies. My friend is working in MS. I see her quite relaxed and her work is also not bad.
