Get rid of the mouse pad with a cushion. Align your chair so you’re sitting at the right height. YouTube has videos on it.

Make sure your elbow is elevated higher than your wrist when using a mouse

Wrist brace. Wear it tighter during the day and loose at night for a few weeks till the pain subsides. Also be mindful of ways you use your wrists. Maybe you knead a lot of bread for example? I tend to crush mine under my chin when sleeping.
Drop the wrist pad and get a vertical ergonomic mouse, the kind that has your hand facing sideways like you were gonna give someone a handshake.
Lower your desk then
Laptop stand? Mine is higher but I use traxkpad only for this very reason. Mouse was killing my wrist
