Not Isabel but there is nothing legal that will overcome a bad diet. Pills and such work such that the better you are the better they work and vice versa. There is illegal (and dangerous) stuff bodybuilders use that's not recommended, and the quasi-legal ECA stack, which is real ephedrine (via BronkAid), caffeine, and aspirin. All the hydroxycuts and whatnot are garbage and/or overpriced for what amounts to a ton of caffeine and green tea extract.
It doesn't have to be a pill. I'm looking for anything that'll kickstart the weight loss again. Btw I don't drink caffeine for this purpose so green tea won't work. I'm also vegan and have a relatively low fat diet.
Hi! No judgement, ever!
Honestly, I never recommend weight loss supplements unless they're really specific for you and that requires more than I can do here. So truly try to increase your water, eat more vegetables (high volume for low calories)- and cut back on carby and processed foods. That'll make a difference! For sure. Try not to overcaffeinate - we want you to be healthy in this process. Weight loss supplements can screw up metabolism long term!
Well, based on that your macros are out of whack. If your diet is vegan it's low protein, and you're saying it's low fat, so that means a high percentage of your diet is carbs and unless you're running marathons or triathlons, you won't lose weight/fat that way. High quality fats of all kinds are essential for the body and for weight loss... Keto is a high fat diet for instance, and studies have shown whole milk drinkers lose more weight and fat than skim milk drinkers. You should work with a nutritionist that knows vegans (if you intend to stick with that).
@p1: shut the f up, you're making too many assumptions. My protein levels are fine despite being a vegan
@isabel thanks. I don't drink any caffeinated drinks but do drink about a gallon of water everyday. My doctor recommended it a while back so maybe I'll go revisit her
Maybe your hostility is the reason for your failure to attain your goals... Everything you have said including your original post has been hostile. You also didn't provide any information that might help someone help you, such as what your macros actually are. You just came looking for a diet pill to find an easy path to weight loss in your mind. If you're tracking in MFP and your macros are in line and you're not losing weight, either you're not tracking correct or you're lying to yourself or you're lying to FB. You telling people to F off doesn't change the reality of the situation.
Heh. Would love to know your average caloric intake per day, and what the macro split is. Guessing from that response you don't know. MyFitnessPal is your friend.
Go to one of those weight loss doctors and get a script for phentermine. Most of them will give it to you even if you're at a healthy weight
