I have received an offer from Citi Bank, Chennai, and have completed all background verification formalities. My joining date is scheduled in two weeks, but I have not yet received the joining day agenda or formal invitation.
I’ve been trying to contact the HR representative who was coordinating with me, but I haven’t received any response to my emails or calls.
Could someone please assist me with this? If there is any Citi Bank support contact I can reach out to, I would greatly appreciate it.

Is that correct?

After spending 4 years as a mid-level ops manager, I tried to break into HR through talent acquisition. Now after 6 years in TA, I've had a hard time getting out of it.
