I have received an offer from EY India saying 1 year FTE opportunity. HR said, from April 2023, they are releasing only FTE offers not Full Time offers. However, I should not worry, even the HRs are also FTEs and getting converted into full time employees. I am an IIM Grad with 6 years of work experience and from Big4.
