Chief
3rd party payroll jobs should be avoided unless you have no other choice.
A company like Morgan Stanley will put you in 3rd party payroll only if they're unsure about the long term sustainability of the project and can terminate you without notice if they think the project is not working out.
However, considering your situation, I would say to you:
- Accept the offer and try to keep the joining date at least 2 weeks apart from your offer acceptance date or something like that. Say that you need to relocate or something along those lines.
- Try looking out for other opportunities in the meantime. If you get something, well and good, else join Morgan Stanley.
- Check your NO in your offer letter. I don't expect it to be 3 months since you're on 3rd party payroll. Keep giving interviews elsewhere even after you join Morgan Stanley. Switch at the first available opportunity.
Thank you for your reply.
They have kept offer releasing date and joining date as same.
Not a single day to think before accepting.
You have other jobs?
Hey can u let me know your interview experience. What all concepts they touched
There is not much discrimination in MS among FTEs and FTCs in most BUs + the pressure on FTCs is lesser in terms of expectations. So if your parent company is good it should be fine

Hi, have you joined MS? How was your interview experience? Could you please share your status? I also have an interview scheduled and I'm struggling to decide whether to accept this third-party offer if selected. I'm a fresher with no other opportunity at the moment.
Hey could you please share your experience with teamware how it went so far?
