I have returned to the Dublin hub after two years working in the Middle East. I was given a promotion to senior and my salary went from 110k OTE in the Middle East to 86k in Dublin (internal transfer). That means in Dublin net 3.7k € a month with commission. A one bedroom apartment in Dublin is around 2050/2100€ a month. Considering that Utility costs have risen between 20/30% in the past two years, I am looking for a second job to have a normal life and be able to save a bit. Any advice?

I have been on bench since I joined the firm 3 months ago. Now I have got project but still on bench. I have got mail regarding not raising snapshots because I was on bench so i didn't do anything except trainings and some learning. I don't have hours to raise snapshot for.

What shall I do in this case? I am very much worried that if i don't have any project hours to show, will they fire me or what actions are supposed to be taken ? Thanks.
