The issue is b4 this current job where i am working currently , I joined "A" org which i absconded within 2 months and no reliving /exp letter given. Service history is showing that org history as PF got deducted. Will HCL BGV will catch this an will it be a issue? What to do in this situatn?Do i tell HR upfront before accepting letter ? Also what excuse to give so that it is accpted by HR? Kindly suggest what to do?

Long post alert; I have been interviewing with a b4 for a senior con role since Mar end. Cleared all the rounds including case study and got strong rating as well as good feedback. Fast forward to last week, the talent POC calls me up and informs that she has asked the business if the position is still open, because now they just need the business approval to roll out the offer. I immediately felt demotivated as to ‘why now’ after all rounds have been cleared (continued in the comment below)

I am not too involved in the project but I was in a few meetings and went on a field trip with them as well.
The position that I am applying for is in a different team and city.
