What is the salary range in Accenture Strategy capability network for some one joining as Manager (level 7) with 8.5 yoe?

Can someone explain me what's going on with Accenture recruitment? My joining date was 29th of this month. HR called me day before yesterday and preponed it to 26th, later today she called and saying that due to high volume of candidates, the Onboarding is freezed and so my candidature is pushed to September 5th. Is this normal?

My interview is scheduled at EY GDS.
Am I eligible to attend the interview?
Is there any policy in EY india which does not allow me to attend interviews at EY GDS.
If i get selected in EY GDS, can this offer be used for negotiation EY india.?

Recently i got offer from bosch ,meanwhile benz is also called for 4th round of interview,what should i do if i received offer from benz ?can i withdraw from bosch within a month and join benz?

Which offer should I accept? Currently staff 2 at big 4 in Tax with CPA license. I want to leave tax ASAP. Both are public companies +1B in revenue and same salary. Offer 1 - staff revenue accountant so reading contracts, speaking with the sales team and legal team, a lot of work at the end of the months to close books and reconcile transactions to make sure we are ASC 606 compliant. This track usually leads to director of revenue. Offer 2 - internal audit staff so SOX and compliance projects.
