I worked in QA automation for 2 years in previous company and then 2.5 years in python automation scripting sort of work in current company..yoe is 5.1 and I'm getting all automation testing interviews only. first round is mostly coding which I'm confident about and easily clear it, but never got through second round which is deep into testing techniques.. idk what to do, 40 days np left and the offer in hand isn't satisfactory at all. 16.50 (Fixed) + 1.50 (Annual Variable*) + 2.00 Joining Bonus ~ 20 LPA
*Ranges from 1x (Common) to 2x (Common)

From what I've analyzed, The YoY hike range at the current firm(15-20%) would be better than the other firm(8-16%).

With 2.4 years experience in Big Data domain with AWS native. Getting 8.3 fixed + 10% variable with Deloitte where current CTC is 4.75. Have offers from other MNC like Accenture /IBM of 10 fixed. Shall I continue with Deloitte assuming career growth as a part of big 4 or continue with Accenture or IBM.
