Fixed is: 29,64,000 , Target RRP (AT 100%): 592,000, Insurance: 5L
In hand: 1.7L(after taxes) - with out RRP
CTS:
Fixed: 30,30,000, Variable: 70,000, Insurance: Insurance: 3L
In hand: 1.9L(after taxes)
assume i am average to above average performer, rating of 3/4 , then how much RRP may get?
i am looking for more monthly in hand. but how RRP will get paid? suggest me please

Optum RRP based on company budget. Like this year it was 75% overall and last year 63%. So, if someone rated 4 ( above avg) this yr and manager decided to give 90% rrp, so his/her actual rrp would be 90% of 75% of rrp amount as per ctc.
So, if rrp as per ctc is INR100, then they 'd get INR 67.5
CTS, has some good deals in the pipeline.
Optum, the company is not doing well. Lots of bad press and missed the target for Q4. The strategy is to outsource everything, so avoid.
I have been reading the posts and comments since 1 month and I find not a single company for which poeple are telling to join.
Before I landed to this post I feel optum is best when compared to CTS

RRP will be paid annually with March salary. RRP depends on two parameters company's' budget and your performance. This year's budget was 75%, and if you get a 4 rating it will be (80-100%) of 75% of your original RRP.
But with 10 yoe, your fixed seems low, ask for min 33 fixed

So optum is not good to join for job security as I have also offer from optum and epam and ltimindtree
for new tax regime inhand should be around 1.96 at optum for 2,964,000 fixed

Which salary grade and tech ? RRP is paid annually
Optum is under new leadership, don't join
You can also ignore the RRP
Shall I go with them epam or ltimindtree as optum has second shift for me
Variable pay is a scam, this year the company has reneged the yearly forecast, so RRPs are not going to be given is the floor talk ! Choice is still yours!
Will it impact the hike/merit as well?
