Infosys permanent wfh (Infosys doesn't have office in Gujarat)

Infostrech (Apexon) 1year wfh then hybrid (office is there in my hometown)

Which should I go with? In terms of wlb (must for me as I am having small daughter to look after) & job security .

Please help. Need to decide by EOD has having joining on Monday.
