I have updated my name in Aadhar after marriage and yet to update in EPFO. Since there is mismatch in name will it affect the BGV process in TCS?

I have worked in two organisation as below
Cognizant (past experience)
Infosys (current)
Both the pf accounts have different name when compared to Aadhar(which is recently updated after marriage)

Kindly advise whether it will affect my BGV in TCS?

If so what is the solution for this issue?

Should I wait or move on for infosys (gave interview on 1 Nov 2022 and selected) company?
