I have worked in a startup where I was not getting PF hence I don't have UAN number for this experience, my salary was less than 5 lakh hence TDS was not deducted so I don't have form 16. Now working in Capgemini for the past 4 years. I got offer letter from Accenture where I have not shown my startup experience as I didn't have UAN or PF statement for that but I showed startup exp in Capgemini. Will my BGV will get pass? I mean will Accenture know about my startup experience from Capgemini?

About to get promoted at PwC from Associate to Senior Associate (mgmt consulting). I interviewed at Deloitte for a Consultant position, but they’re potentially giving me an offer for BA. I’d essentially be holding out on the promo until next promo cycle. Usually, I’d understand hiring at a level below for higher levels but I feel like doing a 3rd year as a junior might not be the best decision. Should I push HR for Consultant level?
