Hi Fishes, I've 2.25 Years of experience in SAP Basis, but I've lost interest in the same due to not receiving proper training, inability to practice on customer's system and shifts. I'm looking forward to go for MBA/changing technology, which one would be a better option? In case of the latter can you guys suggest lucrative technologies which has little/no coding and can definitely give good packages? I've tried changing jobs in Basis for nearly one year and didn't get through. Please help me.

SPHR exam- has anyone ever been “randomly selected” for an application audit? I’m seriously contemplating taking a software development boot camp. For those who hire new software developers, does it make you stand out if you get your certificate from a university instead of a coding academy (like coding dojo or something)? I wanted to know how long does Course5i take to release an offer, I cleared all rounds last friday and was going to get an offer from HR early this week (by Monday evening or Tuesday) but didn’t get any offer till now.

I loved the role and I am still excited to join the organisation so mailed a follow up to the HR yesterday but did not get any response till now. I do not want to follow up for the next 1-2 days since I feel it would be too pushy from my end.

I wanted to get people's opinions on leetcode, codewars etc when prepping for interviews. I am a junior full stack dev looking to move to a better paying junior role or a mid role and honestly these style of questions have always stumped me. I have found that in a year of work to have never found them useful in tackling real world issues. Now I'm moving from a junior to a mid can I still expect leetcode style questions?

I work mainly with react, TS, node, graphql, mongoose and mongoDB.
