I’ve been in tech sales for 20+ years. Have an opportunity to take a position at a tech company in Sales Enablement. Anyone have some insight into this type of role? Is it interesting, challenging, collaborative?
Thinking about coaching others in sales could be fun for me at this stage.
Would love some input as this is a new field unfamiliar with.

I recently started at HubSpot as an account executive covering SMB. I’m finishing up training and a Salesforce recruiter reached about a job opening doing pretty much the same thing. Salesforce was near the top of my list of prospective companies. Curious if anyone has experience working there and would recommend it over HubSpot?

I joined fishbowl a month ago and while I’ve seen a couple contentious debates but I must say I’m pleasantly surprised at how respectfully ppl comment on this app even when disagreeing. Usually anonymity on the internet brings out the absolute worst in ppl; they type things anonymously that they would NEVER say in person smh. But I really haven’t seen horrible comments here. Currently awaiting an offer for a new sales role. Salary somewhere between 100-120, OTE 160-200 depending on base. I intend to ask about annual merit increases and what they have been previously, but was wondering if anyone had ever negotiated an annual increase based on inflation in addition to any performance based merit increases. Seems like a smart way to protect myself while times are so volatile and not get stuck with the typical 3% when inflation is 8+. Thoughts?

I am concerned with fulfilling billable hours requirement. I’m required to hit 2100 hours yearly and I’m at ~1,500 hours and I think I’ll hit 150-180hours this month. What will happen if I don’t hit my targeted amount by the end of my year.

What's the differences between working at ServiceNow Global Elite partners like Deloitte, DXC, IBM, KPMG versus Elite partners like GlideFast, Infosys, Cognizant, Thirdera, Crossfuze, Highmetric, etc.? Do you feel being treated like a person at smaller companies (Elite partners) rather than just a number at bigger companies (Global Elite)? What should I say? I got an offer from one company for 18 LPA (fixed) + 2 LPA (variable). After one week, I got another offer for 21 LPA fixed from a small UK based company.

Now the first recruiter messaged me on whatsapp to ask if I got another offer. What should I say to her? I have just 20 days left in my notice period.

After being mugged and having my things (including my keys) stolen, I was locked out of my townhome after business hours on a weekend. I was told on the phone when dialing my complex’s after hours number (which is managed by a 3rd party company) that my complex’s policy would let me in for a cost of $100 (as it was after hours). After I was let in, property manager informed me the charge was $200. Is there anything I can do here? This is in Minnesota. Help appreciated!!

My LWD is 18th July and I chose vendor pickup for my assets(expected pickup is 10th July).
Is there any limitation or chances of facing issues on Not having laptop with me(for other exit clearances).
Also it would be great if someone can give guidance on exit clearances as I'm worried that I will miss out something.
