Anyone recently received a tax manager offer from EY ? I’m going through final interviews and want to see what your experience was like (negotiation process, initial offer higher/lower than expected?, did you give them a salary expectation range? How long did it take from final interview to offer etc) TIA!PwC EY KPMG Deloitte

B4 for sure would be a lot better for resume. We are also hiring at Deloitte. DM me for referral
I’d wait on KPMG. Maybe follow up with a recruiter instead of the partner. The partner might just be busy.
Then proceed with BT.
I left B4 to come over to BT. I think both are great. It depends on what you want to do with your career though. In industry, there is definitely some association about B4, but as someone who isn’t sure whether I want to stay in PA or go to industry, BT has been a great place to grow. The technology isn’t quite at the level of B4 yet, but they are working on it.
You wouldn’t go wrong in either place. I would reach out to the recruiter today, give them as much time this week as you can and if not, take the bird in hand.
Also, definitely reach out to the recruiter and not the partners. Partners struggle to respond to internal emails from associates/senior associates and you emails may just be going straight to an admin.
