I interviewed for Amazon in April this year, but didn’t get the offer after all rounds . They said the feedback was good but I didn’t get it. Cut to now, I was approached by another Amazon recruiter saying the hiring manager themselves asked HR to seek me out cos they saw my profile. Role is great and I’m interviewing for the first round tomorrow. 1 hour with hiring manager. Will I have to go through the 5 hour loop and again? Any feedback on what I can do better this time?

Fishes, I have a job title question. Does it matter if a role is in the same project with different titles? Example: SA, State and Local, Researcher vs SA, State and Local, Business Analyst. The job description makes it sound like they are the same project. However, Business Analyst does have more requirements/qualifications listed than Researcher. I’m coming from industry (3 YOE).
