Cut to now, I was approached by another Amazon recruiter saying the hiring manager themselves asked HR to seek me out cos they saw my profile. Role is great and I’m interviewing for the first round tomorrow. 1 hour with hiring manager. Will I have to go through the 5 hour loop and again? Any feedback on what I can do better this time?

Base salary: 120k

Sign-on bonus:10k
