I joined 4 months back as VP1 and my b9ss is super toxic from 1 week I feel suffocated and due to no job due to market condition I m not getting job out side and also before 12 months can't even change the Department. Seeking feedback on GAP insurance. I had a family member who purchased a car in June or July. They were in an accident last week and it sounds like the car will be declared a total loss. Never dealt with this before, so wanted to ask if anyone has ever had an instance where the insurance didn't cover the outstanding balance of the loan and the insured then owed money? Car was $35k, $7k down, finance $28k. Gap insurance is through lender, not auto insurer.

My wife is incredibly stressed out and unhappy in her career. It’s been affecting our marriage significantly. I just had a conversation with her where I asked her to stay home and I said I’ll fully support her. It seems like she took it well.

I'm having more than 12 yrs of experience and current ctc is 11.20 excluding night shift and variables. I've given interview in bny got shortlisted and submitted the documents. Initially interview was for I grade in fund accounting. After documentation hr said they r hiring me for h grade I get ready for that too with offer of 12 lakh. But all of sudden hr is saying she is not confirm whether I'll get offer or not. They are bluffing all around to giving my offer. What should I do now
