I joined CRISIL at Scale 11A in April 2023 at Fixed Salary of 15LPA + Variable of 18% on the other hand they hand they had hired at a junior Scale of 10A MBA freshers for a Fixed Salary of 16.5LPA + Variable of 18% in April 2023.
I put on the table relevant work ex of 4 years. I felt cheated. It's also because employees as a fraternity don't share(anonymously) their CTC clearly so when switching you don't get the exact picture. You have to rely on limited data available on Glassdoor etc...
