I joined KGS 4 months ago and I was told that the appraisal period is 1 oct to 30 sept. However in employee performance report it says 1 July to 30th June. What is the actual appraisal period? My confirmation is due on 30th June. When can I expect a hike?

I had two rounds of discussion (more than a month ago) and the recruiter informed me that they’ll be scheduling the HR discussion and then be rolling out the offer.

It has been two weeks now and I haven’t heard from the recruiter nor has my HR discussion been scheduled.
