I joined PwC on last week and I am allocated to a pure support project where I have to do a rotational shifts. Also, without my concern they have allocated me into that project. I spoke with HR and manager and everyone is asking me to work in that support project.

During my interview, Panel informed that the hiring is for development. I don't know what to do with this. I need your suggestion pls. I need to get out of that project. Pls help with me your suggestions.

I’m pretty torn on whether I want to take an offer for an internal role or not…
The job itself sounds pretty interesting. Lots of opportunity for growth (eventually will build out a team).

My only concern is the hiring manager. I talked to someone in my network who has worked with him in the past and she told me that she would 100% work with him again bc she learned a lot, but that he has a very dominant personality and that some ppl can butt heads with him.
