I just accepted a job at one of Dentsu’s subsidiaries and I got a couple questions.
1- how extensive are their reference checks? Not worried about the background check, but I didn’t leave on good terms with my previous job so not sure how deep they’ll dig in besides confirming my job title and tenure there.
2- how is the culture? I’ve worked at medium size agencies (hybrid and remote) so want to know if there is any comradery amongst departments/teams since I’ll be remote.

About month ago I was diagnosed with coronary artery disease (CAD) and had to go through cardiac catheterization to get a stent.
I am in mid 30s and it's unbelievable that i have got this. Have been quite down mentally for last few weeks, and don't think if I can sustain the consulting life anymore.
