I’m interviewing for final round of the entry level area manager position at Amazon. I’m working on multiple stories related to the leadership principles. Can anyone provide me some tips regarding the role?
There are 16 leadership principle and I’m thinking of creating some stories around each but the thing that concerns me is what if the questions they ask are related to the same principle and I might have already used up my stories. Something like that. Can anyone please help? Amazon

I’m an Emory alumni. My gpa is a 2.4. I had A to F grades.
I’m at FAANG. Literally no one asked for my gpa.
I should also add that I have a finance internship at a fortune 500 company this summer and I'm in a couple of clubs. My first semester was due to 2 years of online learning that caused me severe learning problems that I had to learn to figure out. I was a star student in high school(4.0 GPA, 1540 SAT) but I don't know what happened now.
Bro you’re fine. You can get a job and jump around and move up. Is it harder, maybe , is it impossible no. I’ve seen people from like non target ok state schools end up jumping through consulting all the way to MBB. I’ve also seen top 10 and private from prep school who couldn’t cut it in big 4. It’s all about how your build your skills and your brand. You’ll be fine. World is not over.
Don’t overthink it, it seems like a big deal now but it’s nothing in the grand scheme of things.
You’re a going into second year undergrad at a top school, you’ve already had an internship, you have an idea of what you want to do with the your career, you have a good GPA. You’re ahead of 99% of college students your level, you’re going to be alright.
My freshman year 1st semester I got a 2.75 GPA. I knew what my issue was - I couldn't keep focused. I hankered down, got started on ADD treatment and after 4 years I had a solid 3.56 GPA. Do whatever you have to do to keep your grades up and be serious about it. You'll be fine.
It's tragic that you have to feel that your life is going to be impacted by grades when you're 19-ish. In the majority of circumstances, no one will ever care about your GPA once you're out of school. And neither should you.

You have plenty of time to get it up but it’s really not a bad GPA. I started undergrad first semester with a 2.75 and ended up at 3.5 so you’re doing better than I did already. Take some easy A electives for a boost if your school allows you to, like Gender Studies 101 or something like that
I hope this is satire… It’s not that deep, you are still going to graduate cum laude and gpa is just a piece of the overall picture. Relax
Once you land your first job and have a couple years of experience literally nobody will ever ask about your gpa again unless you put it on your resume maybe

Just got out of a state college with a 3.1 and I start work at EY at the end of the summer. I had those same concerns, but I feel like as long as you have above a 3.0 and decent experience you’ll be just fine

It’s all about trend. I may be crazy, but show your semesters separately. Years Almost home, I advised a grad school applicant to omit freshman year for a second GPA.
The reality is you will have plenty of failure. This is an opportunity to show how you rose up!
I had a 2.9 my freshman year and now I’m a manager at 27 making $175k- you’ll be fine haha
Also, most companies have or are in the process of removing GPA requirements including MBB, B4, ACN etc.
Just enjoy college!
I’m an accounting major that will be doing a Tax internship with BDO next spring. For each internship I applied to, I did need to submit my transcripts. From what I understand, CPA firms use your GPA as an indicator of whether or not you’ll pass the CPA exam, since they invest so much in you before you sit for it. Big 4 definitely pays attention to GPAs, but if you are going into public accounting once you have your license then you’re fine. Also, like what other people have said, get your foot in the door in one place then bounce around a move up to get where you wanna be. Keep your chin up.
Ps: I am a student, but I am also 28 years old so I speak from the experience of friends of mine, mentors in my life, and people I graduated high school with 10 years ago.
