I just got a call from AWS and they stated they would like me to interview for a Cloud Support Engineer (Windows) because of my strength in Windows according to those that interviewed me for my final round loop interview.
I asked for specifics like level, pay range, etc but they did not have the details. I am concerned because the Cloud TAM role I applied for initially was local to me and I think it might be a step down from TAM but I am not sure. Does anyone know? Is this normal?

After 2 years of a pandemic and working independently for many years, I am not feeling interviews AT ALL. There are points in the interview where I want to just say "Look! Either hire me or don't".

Desperate for an answer to this seemingly simple but infuriating tech issue - I have an external monitor attached to my laptop with an hdmi cord. How can I get the monitor to stay on the same screen while I switch between desktops on the laptop.
