Hey guys! So I have a Top Secret Clearance and recently joined Amazon in a position that doesn’t require it. Would Amazon offer to host my clearance considering that they are looking for multiple people with this type of clearance? I’m open to cleared work but was hired for a commercial Strategy and just not sure if I should bring it up? Thought?

Oliver Wyman folks really like things that take 45 minutes.
Seems like it
keep in mind that we are evaluating each hire for the long term (ideally not a 1-3 year stint) and we hope you are doing the same and learning about us through the process.
Yup, I totally understand that
Sounds right and not sure why that would be excessive
Yes that’s true, went through it recently and 2 of the final round cases were presentations where you get materials in advance
Most of my cases were FS but that’s the practice I was going for, one was a take home 1 week earlier, another was given 1 hour before, and 2 were live (for final round)
Rising Star
Sounds like the partners either don't trust each other or their SM equivalents.
If you think its a lot try for the big four instead their interviews are a lot less intense. MBB and OW t2 have higher standards
How different?
I'm just waiting to be in a interview process that takes 45 rounds.
Good luck!
Seems standard tho
I got rejected after the 10th interview (it was looking good before that). It included two take home asks that requires a deliverable.
Send a bill for your time 😂
Reasonable. I just went through the process
How were the cases?
Same requirements for Deloitte, final is tomorrow for me
Thanks VP1!! Got the offer but it was a massive lowball, so negotiations have started but little hope.
Yea that’s the normal experienced hire process
Thanks, I’ll start prepping
