I just graduated AIT as a 35F (Intelligence Analyst) and a company is offering me a FMV position in Virginia. They are willing to train me, and pay is $77k/yr. I’m still learning about what the day-to-day looks like in this role, I have never been to DMV. So I was wondering — is there anyone here with FMV experience who could shed some light on it?

I am going to start a career as a Patient Access Rep soon. I have previous admin experience and I am wondering if I should ask for a pay increase to salary? The starting pay for this position is 16.25 but I am wanting to ask for 19up…How much are patient reps making now days in this medical field?

1. Plan for retirement- I am looking to do the following calculations : calculate total corpus required at retirement based on inflation lifestyle etc. , calculate total amount my investments will grow at retirement age ( 401 k , savings etc, ). These two figures should give me an idea where the additional amount i need to invest.

Anyone have any good advice for getting students to think/respond on their own? So many times when I ask them to write their own thoughts about something and to explain why they hold that opinion, many students get stuck and/or turn to the Internet. Currently, in accenture. I have had very bad billable hours and not much achievement this fiscal year. I am worried of getting fired, so i applied for another job. Got offered may be 5% above my current pay with 5k bonus, but in lower level at Deloitte. I think working lower level will give me more opportunities to learn as i think i have lot to learn. I made decision based on my gut and accepted the offer. I have not talked to anyone on accenture side yet. What you think?
