My final round with Deloitte for UK Tech Consulting Manager position soon. Strangely it’s not a PMD round as it usually is for other Big4/tech consulting firms.
1. Can anyone tell me if they’ve been through the whole process without speaking to PMD? (First round Sr Manager, second Case Interview by a manager and third again by a manager) 2. What is a typical salary to expect? I was asked in screening but kept it vague (e.g can discuss later bla bla). I was hoping 75-80 (ridiculous?)

Think this guy is pulling out early

Hello Fishes,
I left capegemini on 4th of Feb and I still haven't got my relieving letter as well as experience letter. I'm trying to access my capegemini portal from webvpn.capgemini.com but I'm not able to access that either. Please suggest me what should be done, my next employer is asking for relieving letter.

Yep, I plan to milk this as long as I can. 😁
How much is each job paying? Is one better or more worth the pay than the other? Can you manage handling both for a while and see if it’s possible or which you prefer?
Both Job 1 and Job 2 ironically enough are the same base pay, 41,600 year. However Job 1, has monthly bonus which is 1-3% of my monthly salary. Depending on how well I meet my metrics. Also, stock options and 401k match up 7.5%. Job 2 is with a temp agency, subpar benefits no bonus. I don’t plan on signing up for benefits. My current job is 20k more than both, but easy… I can literally do everything from my phone. Meetings are every Tuesday and often cancelled. I can manage it, but I’ve never done 3 before. I’ve done 2 previously and it was a breeze. But, this will be the first for 3 at the same time. I really prefer Job 1 for longevity. But, I need to pay off student loans and I want to buy a house.
