So I have been seeing a guy for 4 months. We have a pay disparity.. he earns less than I do (by quite a bit). He has mentioned a few times that he’s worried I’ll get bored of him when I know he can’t afford the same things I can. I think we are beginning to move past this, but now he’s starting to mention things like ‘I am really broke this month’, and last weekend he told me his mum has lost her job and he’ll have to probably pay her rent. I have a lot of sympathy for his situation … tbc

I’m hosting family from America in my home in Europe this week. Being away for just a couple of years has made me really aware of American tendencies. They’re fat and literally are only always thinking of their next meal. We can eat, and they want to talk about dinner. They always complain about their knees and feet even though they’re also only in their mid thirties. I’ve decided to no longer host friends/family from America because it’s always like this 🤦🏼‍♂️ 🫃🏼

Is it okay to disappear from friends & family to work on career change goals (several months)? I want to focus and not get distracted by friends & family needs to see me or attend certain things as it takes up a lot of time. If I focus for a short time, I can quickly achieve my goals to switch. I can hangout with them after all of that. What do you think?? Any feedback will be appreciated.

Hi everyone, I’m in need of prayers. My mom was admitted into the hospital recently, but they just found some nodules in her lungs. Their default diagnosis is cancer, and she does have a past history of colon cancer. Please keep her and my family in your prayers. Nothing has been finite, but I can’t help but prepare for the worst & hope for the best. The only thing getting me through this is my faith in God. Has anyone ever done aggression training for their dog? Met with a trainer who basically wants us to either keep our dog crated or on a leash at all times and said no pets or play time for now. Our dog has been acting out ever since we brought home our newborn and also bit our groomer.
