To do an ERA or not before transfer is the question. My clinic said currently the recommendation is to only do an ERA with multiple transfer fails, but I’ve read about ERA’s for those with recurrent pregnancy loss as well. Anyone go through this experience?

Spent the pandemic working on myself, got sober, focused on working out, left the music industry and started a career where I can make money and have a steady work schedule. Maybe this isn’t everyone’s version of “growing up” but that’s what this was for me. Now that I’m vaxed and seeing my friends, it’s clear we have little left in common, and honestly a lot of the things they do straight up embarrasses me. I don’t want to lose these long term friends. I’ve made it 5+ years in a NY M&A practice and have consistent exceeding expectations reviews. I’ve had a few mental breakdowns because of work during this time, but thankfully made it through. So I had my NIPT and NT scans last week and I’ve been getting pieces of the results back from my doctor in the patient portal. All seems okay but I’m a bit confused. Does anyone know if FirstScreen is the same thing as NIPT? I was under the impression that NIPT was in 90th percent of certainty for Down syndrome but the result we got, labeled FirstScreen indicate 83% certainty so I’m confused if there are more results coming? I messaged the doctor but haven’t heard back yet.
