West Monroe where did you guys exit to after WM?
EY Deloitte PwC people - would you leave your current employer for a 15%-25% total comp difference? This translates to a 25-45k difference per annum, largely driven by bonus at the new firm (20-40%), much smaller than my current employer. Doesn’t feel like a great exit opportunity - currently at big 4 this would be moving to a niche consulting company

You should wait for the bonus to hit your bank and then give notice. If you give notice you will most probably not going to get the bonus.
If it is of any substance I would not gamble in any way. You can get a break later or might even be able to negotiate your new start date if the circumstances are explained with the future employer. People understand not wanting to leave money on the table. We all go to work for every other Friday, not the next morale committee campaign or team building exercise!
I’m looking at a 60% TC increase and am miserable at my current role. I would honestly value the break at 10k
Bonus would probably only be 10-15k pre tax
Don’t need to give 2 weeks notice. That’s a courtesy. If you give 1, you give 1!
OP, I agree with IBM 1, it works both ways. You did not enlist for your job (like the military) you volunteered. This means you can leave anytime. Wait to get the funds in your account before giving notice (whatever length that might be).

Too risky regardless. They could tell you to walk immediately.
What is your bonus likely to be? If you're talking about $2k or something tiny like that, then take your shot and assume you'll be asked to term the day before pay out. If it's bigger, like $5k+, I wouldn't risk it unless you truly don't care about missing upwards of $3,000 in exchange for a couple weeks off.
Same boat. I earned this bonus and up to one paycheck ago I was severely underpaid. I can’t find the language but I think if you resign even if you work pass the eligible date you lose the bonus.
Take two weeks off
