Currently I'm working at X company and they provided me 3L as joining bonus. IN the offer letter, it was mentioned that I would have to return if I quit within 2 yrs of service there. I joined like 4 months ago and I will leave my job there within like 4 months as I will be going abroad for studies. I do not need experience or relieving letter as I have already gotten admit. So, will there be any repercussions if I didn't pay them? thanks

After a long and extensive interview process (2 months & 12 rounds of interviews) I finally heard back that they are very interested in offering me the job. My Current base is $135k (in NJ) and my ask is $180K (in NYC). But base comp ceiling for the position grade is $165k and they are willing to offer one time payment to make up for the gap between the offer & the ask. Any thoughts? The role has very upward potential in next couple of years.

Hi fishes, my previous employer has not given me the money for Earned Leaves, they are saying it's not in their policy.. I have a variable bonus of 100000. Out of this they have given only 19,000 in the month of December after 6 months of joining...But they are not giving me any bonus after completing 1 year and 2 months.. They have stopped my appraisal as well...

So in total, I lost my appraisal money, bonus and Earned Leaves money... I feel betrayed and cheated...
