I left EY cyber consulting 2 months ago for a boutique consulting firm. I have realized it was a bad move and now want fo go back. If I reach out to my partner/leadership and start the process , I have couple of questions :
1. There was not much difference between my new pay and what EY would pay after October . Should I ask for hike on that pay ?
2. Since cyber is still hot , should I ask for joining bonus . I wonder if they will pay since I want to go back.

Could someone please provide inputs on below 2 orgs have offer from both of them.

CBRE - 26fixed +2 rrb + 2 JB(after providing 31.5 ctc counter offer , 28 fixed 2.8 variable)

Was learning some AI/ML and realized how I gave completely false and BS perspective on the same topic to one of the T2 partners and passed the interview with great feedback. Confidence is all that matters folks!

I am feeling like I am the verge of a meltdown at my current job, and I have a variety of interviews but I’m having a really hard time making time for interviewing and my current responsibilities. I have plenty of money in the bank, and I sort of want to just quit and finish out my interviews, choose a job and get a little time off - but in some ways this seems crazy. Thoughts?
