The gross compensation is 3000€/monthly along with one time 2500€ as a relocation allowance with other benefits like 45€/month as Telephone reimbursement etc & other usual Deloitte benefits. Currently I've a ctc of 11 LPA at EY & 3.5 YOE. Is it worth accepting the offer after all calculations. #Deloitte #Europe #Latvia . Deloitte EY . Kindly provide some insights if u have any .

what does a perfect work life look like to you?
Hello, I recently attended AWS CSA interviews and got a mail this Monday that the feedback was positive and they have decided to move forward. I have sent the details like payslips and offer in hand to HR but did not hear back from them after that. I have followed up but still no reply from the HR. How long does it take usually? Because my LWD is on next Friday (apr 29)

Study. Sometime it hurts me very much when I feel that even after doing all these they don't recognise my effort.
One month back I was so much stressed due to all these thta I was unable to sleep.
Any thoughts on how to deal with this?
Thanks Bhai/Behan 😌
Then stop contributing.
Didn't they accuse you if not contributing ?
They'll soon realise how valuable your contributions were.
I had to leave family business and join a job coz i needed to have financial independence.
I had to be answerable for each penny even though i did not spend much.
Tried various ways to change everything, but everything is worse than before.

To be Honest prioritising and deprioritising is not only done in Agile projects. It is also done by our own family. When they get better.
Harsh truth
I’ve been in a familiar situation, albeit I’ve been an observer than the victim. My father being the eldest had done everything for his brothers and sisters. So much so that he sacrificed his own family’s future. Fast forward some years, it is us who are suffering due to that. None of my uncles and aunts are willing to share the responsibilities of my grandparents. Even after retirement, my father is taking up every other responsibilities.
We are having to bear the burden of his liabilities, and it is actually very difficult.
That’s why my friend, be selfish. Nobody in this world is going to save you when you are in a bad situation.
Omg, I can relate with you so much that it feels like my story.
The problem is even after knowing all these I am not able to become selfish. Because I have never been. I am not that kind of person.
My father also being the eldest son, worked very hard since his childhood, sacrificed every luxury and now also he just listen others if someone arrogantly talk to him. My father is a big believer of Karma. And some of his thoughts has been inherited to me.
But now I have started thinking of myself too. I am fulfilling my responsibility but along with that I am saving some for my parents and my wife also.
I don't want to repeat same mistake what my father did.
