I Live in a joint family(parents,uncles,grands)5-6 brothers and sisters (including uncle's son and dauthers) .
Being the eldest son and studied in joint family I understand that I have responsibility to fulfil.

But since few months I have observed that my family members are not at all grateful to my contribution. They sometime say that I didn't make any contribution which is not true , even they know that.
I have helped and helping my family when I was earning only 20 k per month

Recently I have completed probation in Accenture, and got offer from HCL, Is there any chance to revise the package? because I have completed only 6 months in Accenture, If I compare CTC of both there is huge difference it's round 10 lacs, HCL offering 60 per hike.

I have an interview for an AM position at a prop tech company. It’s my first AM role after doing sales. Is it common for AM’s to not receive any further compensation outside of their basic salary (so no commissions, bonuses or equity).

Salary cut 20% first week the virus broke out, no bonuses this year, and it’s unlikely that we will get that 20% back. Good thing this was my first year and I earned all of 3 months of my salary. 😑
