Funny enough, I miss a fast-paced environment. There is virtually no crime in the small county I work for. Occasional strange occurrences, sure. But actual crimes are very rare.

I’m working for an agency where Art Directors are essentially managers of designers. Art Directors are promoted from Senior Designer, we have no Junior Art Directors.

This hasn’t been my experience, I’m used to Art Directors and Designers having separate career paths. However, I’m trying to keep an open mind. Is this org structure familiar to to anyone else? If so, has it been effective? Thanks in advance!
