I m on bench FSADM1 and if I resign within how many days can Infy release me..please help

Am being held on the bench for over a month now for a series of projects that keep falling through. Have had multiple projects reach out to staff me on billable work, but my group’s head partner keeps going behind my back and blocking it from happening. I’ve never been so annoyed, I want to do work

How much is the bench period in Capgemini..it is advisable to reject/get rejected from 5,6 offered projects ?

Is it misleading to just look at Total Compensation from a $ dollar value/ Total Compensation seems to be much more subjective than base salary in terms of its value. Some factors might be:

RSUs granted on dollar value or by # of shares & stock price trends
Vesting schedule
strike price on ISOs & delta between strike price and real market value

For instance, most of value in Amazon's comp seems to be granted in years 3 & 4, but it's well known that most people last only 2 years max there.

So working on an aging monolith system and trying to put a whitepaper together to explain the reasoning for transition to a headless setup.

Starting with absolute basic of separation of concerns and git branching projects and cloud / blob hosting for imagery on a cdn.

These are the quick wins I think.
