I recently joined TCS but I was moved into very different project which was told during hiring. Also they told me for joining incentive but later after 65 days of joining they didn't give saying your business aproval got rejected. I really want to be with TCS but due to project dissatisfaction, I am looking for different job. I am not sure if I can leave the organisation soo soon(4 months) and it should not effect my carrier.

McKinsey & Company Hi all! Any fishes at BCG and/or McK have time to chat sometime within the next few days/weeks?
I’m a consulting analyst at Accenture, really interested in strategy work (mainly tech/software clients but open to all backgrounds) hoping to make the jump some time next year. I’d very much appreciate connecting to understand your journey with the firms and the work you do.
Thanks in advance, and happy holidays!

Nope! This is a tactic that a lot of managers try - just had this happen to me. You are in charge of you - they're not your real dad.
Even if they WERE interested in your career growth, you're still the pilot of your own life. Do the thing that is right for you - no company will bother.
How long have you been in your current role?
If it was like 6 months on the job, I would understand the Manager's point of view.
But 3+ years, forget them. You definitely need to take the bull by the horns! Best of luck!
What is your year of experience?
