I mentioned to my reporting manager that i'm interested in a role that came up in another internal team. In addition to try to convince me that its not a right fit, they tried to guilt trip me about the hoops they jumped to hire me.
Am i supposed to feel guilty or ungrateful for wanting to pursue an opportunity that i'm interested in? While they were never interested in my career growth all this time
