Saturday’s for chillinnn ❤️

I joined KGS in feb 2022, we recently got a mail regarding timeline of appraisal and bonus payout from the partner. My reporting manager hasn't yet reached out to me regarding goal setting, not sure if that happens here. Can you pls help me to know what all things we need to do from our end for the appraisal cycle and bonus payout? Since I'm new to this company KPMG KPMG India

It’s so hard when you don’t have that internal direction or passion. My youngest son went 2yrs to college, quit school, moved to Cali at 20 w friend. He tried to convince us that he going to finish college in Cali…okay fine. Year one goes by- nothing, yr 2, 3 nothing nothing. He continued to play the, I’m still finishing my degree game but nothing happening. After being in Cali for maybe 4 yrs, my son called us just to tell us that in fact he has no intention of completing college ( we were thinking no shit Sherlock lol)He told me he loves his job and hours (28-32 hrs/week) and that he was having fun. He was living life until the pandemic shut down the restaurant/sports bar he worked in. He didn’t have anything to fall back on - so he door-dashed. He did that for a while, maybe a yr,. He ended up running into a regular patron from the rest he worked at, on his door dash route. This patron told him to go to the Audi dealership near/in LA and talk to so and so there, that he’d give him a job. My son was like what? He called me to talk to me about it, and I told him he’d be a fool not to follow through. He went to the dealership and was interviewed (he wore a casual suit, per my suggestion lol). He was offered a ‘grunt’ job which he took. He is now the youngest ever top salesman in the western region of the country and is starting to travel to Germany for work. He makes good money too.
This is like the longest story ever - but, put yourself out there, focus on something that remotely sparks your interest, do not underestimate yourself, and take a leap of faith. You have nothing to loose, and you actually can do this. 💪🏼
to make a very long story shorter, I spent 12 years working at a bank. loved being a teller, but as they kept promoting me, I started hating banking. (did not know i was an introvert at the time). So I went to the local unemployment office & they had me sit down at a computer to take a personality / willing & able to do vs not in a million years test. Then it spit out the top 10 careers i would be good at. I had NEVER considered dental hygienist, but I just hit 20yrs in the field last year ... and I LOVE it! Maybe see if there is something similar in your area? praying for you to find your passion. "love what you do and you will never work and day in your life".
A friend of mine is quoted that her husband wanted money so bad that he scared it away. Flow with the river of life . Don't damn up the river , just let it flow. Do what you can then get onto something else . Let it come to you. Don't scare it away . 5 steps to success is # 1 accept #2. Understand #3 come to terms #4. Release #5 get onto to the next one good luck you can do it
What I tend to do is to gravitate to what used to make me happy as a kid , and then I expand from there . They do say to do what you like to do and then the money shall follow. ❤️🏁🎩
