Seems plausible 👀

Hi Fishes
I want to share very bad experience I had at Mastercard
I was given offer by Mastercard in month of Dec The hike was less but looking at brand & other perks I accepted the offer & was looking forward to joining them.I got few offers & I went back to them for sole purpose of renegotiating CTC, to have a industry standard hike. They didn't reverted back for 2-3 days & just dropped a mail that they are revoking initial offer as well on grounds that they didn't like i gave other interview
ATL Pride anyone?

I think that's one thing that employers just need to get over when it comes to the modern job market. We as people have access to the internet which means we have a lot more opportunities than we ever had, and relocating is easier than ever. It doesn't make sense for us to stay where we are unhappy and I actually think it's a source of strength to leave instead of investing years into something you hate.
Exactly! The age of having a career at one place and staying there most of your working life is so uncommon now!
I am just curious for how long you’ve stayed?
Yes, I have felt that judgement. I left a role after six months and it came up in every interview. I think the industry can be harsh on quick moves, but the right employers will see it as choosing fit over dragging it out.
During covid I was made redundant and I found in every interview I was judged for having a gap in my employment even though they didn’t know the full story
