I promised ps hr to join within 30 days but my np is 90 days, considering I am on bench only. He released the ol with 90 days and now asking for an exact relieving date so that ol can be revised as per my promise.
But now my current manager has gone in evil mode, saying you'll be benched/pip for 90 days but won't release early.
How can I convey this situation to ps hr and convince for the same?

I went on a “date” recently. I paid for the tab as they were going to the bathroom. As we were leaving they said “thanks for lunch” — I was hoping they’d at least ask to Venmo me half as a kind gesture. Following lunch we grabbed dessert. I was hoping they’d offer to cover dessert since I covered lunch but it didn’t happen.

Use a a pen camera or a hidden camera(small) in your pocket before attending the call and record the call and events. These peoples should not be spared. Try to get some evidence and let’s expose to public media and other legal teams. You can do this anonymously thereby saving others from this crap.
