Relevant exp in big data: 6 yrs
Relevant exp in Azure: 2+ yrs
Got offer from Atos of 26.4 LPA. Is this a good offer? or Shall I search other job at 30+ LPA?

You should definitely have them take it back/refund you. Also, they did file for bankruptcy so you should do that sooner rather than later. I suggest approaching the company first and then your CC because they will ask if you have before they file a dispute.
Mail it back, call your credit card and dispute the charge. Your credif card will credit back and deal with neimans directly. Just make sure u take video and photos prior to mailing back.
As I noted above make sure to explicitly state on the return form multiple times you want it to go back to your credit card, otherwise they’ll send you a gift voucher.
@OP that’s enough evidence to provide your bank for a charge back, assuming comms were via email or live chat. You’re prob good regardless though since they shot you the return receipt despite it being “final sale.”

UPDATE: OUTRAGED. Despite being agreed to a refund, now they receive the bag, they said the returned goods department rejects the return because it was final sale. I mean, I confirmed with 4+ associates and they all ensured that I would get my money back, yet today when I spoke with the supervisor, she said that her notes indicate my return has been rejected and DOESNT KNOW WHY I WAS GETTING WRONG INFORMATION. Already started a dispute with the Bank of America, I am in for a long ride.

It’s calf leather glossed but the back part is tearing off. It also doesn’t come with a box. Is this normal?
Dispute the charge on your credit card
I’m worried that if I return the bag, they will somehow spin the situation on me saying that there are other marks on the bag and that the bag has been photoshopped or whatever, and ultimately refusing my return. If I do decide to call the credit card company directly, what are some tips to have the chargeback in my favor? Bank of America has never resolved my disputes in the past... so is it just persistency
Just do it ASAP, the faster you submit a claim close to purchase date, the more credible you seem. Most credit cards can also only help within a 50 or 60 day window, after that they tell you you’re on your own.
Like I said before goto your cc company and dispute the charge.
Thanks everyone, I contacted customer service and they sent out a return label. To ppl who said to just go to my cc company, I absolutely HATE dealing with Bank of America so that’s my last resort. This experience taught me also to have a credit card with good customer service. Any recommendations? I’m looking for ones that do not have annual fees
In my experience, American Express has the best customer service, hands down. Most of their cards have annual fees, but I believe there are a few that do not.
