I am right now working as Automation Tester, I have 3.6 years of experience, But the thing is I feel that I am not progressing in life, also I am not enjoying the testing work quite a lot. I really want to get into Data Science. I don’t know how to get started, what all I need to learn, how to make a switch? Which certifications to get!
Can anyone here just guide me go through all of these things? And help me find a roadmap for the same??

I recently had an interview with a very promising pre-IPO company in the AI/ML space for a SE leadership position. The interview feedback was better than I expected, but with a twist. They have already given the offer to someone else, but they still want to bring me on board and they asked me what I would like to do. I am in the process of gathering more info, but it is tempting to ask about pivoting into product management. What would you do in this situation?

Do any of the top consulting firms hire into the Engagement Manager level after an M7 (if they had manager experience elsewhere)? I know MBB probably doesn’t but what about other tier 2 firms after that - and asking for US or Canada

My employer has a sponsorship program that the CFA qualifies for. They sponsor 100% but only after 6 months of full-time permanent employment; thus I will qualify in may 2023 (I just started). Considering an offer to go from firm (4 YOE) to become a privacy/product counsel for a tech company (non-faang).
