I really need advice for a product liability case. I am in a bit over my head and need to hand it off to a large firm or settle, just don’t know if I am settling too low.

Maybe you can check to see if similar cases (same product, same/similar injury) have been previously settled and what the values were?

Products cases can be very expensive to litigate. Is this a multi district litigation matter that you can join? Conferring with a practitioner who specializes in this area might be helpful.

Tell us about it.

PM me. I handle plaintiff side PI cases.

*PL cases

Details! Details!
Products are very costly and difficult.
Cause of injury? Meds?
I’ve handled a few and work with some excellent products lawyers.

Take a breath. I am a product liability defense lawyer that likes to put pressure on the other side in a case. Evaluate your damages, liability facts and experts. You need the defense to understand that you are ready to try the case if you are going to get a proper offer.

Private message me with facts and damages. We can give you advice or associate in if necessary

I’m happy to help you or give you an evaluation. I’ve been doing plaintiff side product liability litigation for 30 years. Tell me about the liability and damages. Is your state a strict liability state?

Hello! Looking at an opportunity with established startup in UK that's just been acquired by a large co. I'm US based and my salary is around $250k (NYC) -I've been asked my expectation without the startup giving me a range to work from (though I've asked). I'm not sure how to reply to them because I have a feeling that my requirement may be out of their range and while I don't want to undercut my value, I also don't want to be cut out of the process because it's an interesting co. Any advice?

Got my dream job entry level opportunity, 1 year out of undergrad. 70% pay bump, awesome company, extremely interesting subject matter, the hard work paid off. Im without a doubt accepting, but I am now feeling some tangible / physical anxiety over the likely significant shift in my WLB (and life), putting my two weeks in, working at a company nobody I know has worked at, etc. I start in a month. Anyone felt like this before, or have any advice for how I can adjust my mindset?

Hi everyone - I'm contemplating an offer from a large PI firm. I'm a little more than halfway through completing my 2nd year of practice, and I'm currently at a small firm with a low salary that's just no longer cutting it.

The offer from the large firm is for a pre-suit position, base salary of $100K - is this salary pretty standard for this kind of position?

Any insight is appreciated, thank you!!
